We brought in the new year last night by enjoying the First Night activities with Sarah & family and her friends. Kate was glued to her cousin Grace's side.

Then they posed on some of the ice sculptures (Grace had also made the glasses and scarf):
We also saw a wonderful mime perform. He chose both Grace and Kate to help him with different things, and they were both thrilled to be chosen.
