House #1 is still my favorite - we saw it on Saturday and it just felt right. Without our house being sold, we're kind of stuck, though. We may try to put in a contingent offer.

And, because we want to be able to move forward when we see a house we like, we're putting our house on the market today. The realtor will stop by sometime to put the sign in our yard and the lock-box on our door. This morning was our first try at getting the house clean before leaving (doing dishes, wiping down the bathroom and kitchen, making beds). We don't normally do these things before we rush out the door. It wasn't too bad, although I did get up early. I'll keep you posted!
