Not much new to report on the house front. We have a showing today and tomorrow and may have an open house this weekend. We haven't had anyone through before today, but I'm hoping that's just because of the snow storm last week and spring break this week.

Sean and I looked at 6 houses yesterday. This one stood out as a possibility. The pictures don't do it justice, but it's a large house with a beautiful sunroom addition on the back, a huge yard (.54 acres), well maintained, big kitchen with an island/bar, new carpeting, some hardwood, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, nice location. The oil furnace is scary looking, though (and I'm scared of the cost, too).
