We have a contract on our house! I can't quite say sold, because it depends on the inspection and the buyer's mortgage going through, but I think we're pretty close! It was a crazy couple of days, with offers, counter offers, etc - we actually had 2 competing offers from which to choose. So now we shift our focus into buying mode!
