Well - we put in an offer on that house (Grace St.) tonight! Our realtor called at 10 tonight to say that someone else was putting in an offer tonight, so we decided to go for it and see what we can do. It's a bit of a bummer since we can't negotiate as much, but we won't let it escalate and won't pay over asking price. Hopefully this will all be figured out in the next couple of days.
